- Ongoing updates and enhancements - I can provide ongoing support through a flexible retainer plan.
During handover, your team will be trained on the system and provided with documentation.
After that I will continue to fix an bugs that crop up and I'd love to keep the relationship going :)
I can book future updates in based on my availability or you can have hours secured through a retainer. This works well as it's not reactive. I can suggest improvements every month and we can pivot when new technologies emerge so you always stay ahead of the curve.
